One tap on injection day
Set a weekly schedule, or every few days. On the day, Tessly reminds you, and you log it as taken, skipped or snoozed from the notification, a widget, Apple Watch or Siri.
If you like, an alarm rings when the injection isn't logged 15 minutes after its time (iOS 26 or later).
Injection sites, with when you last used each
Turn on Mark injection site for the medication. After you log an injection, Tessly asks where it was: abdomen, thigh or arm, left or right.
Each site shows when you last used it, such as “Used 2 weeks ago”. You choose, and you can always skip.
The dose history you enter
When you change the dose in the medication's settings, Tessly records the step with its date. Add earlier steps by hand and see how many weeks you've been on each.
Tessly never plans or suggests dose changes.
How you feel, in a few seconds
A quick check-in on Today whenever you want, for example the day after an injection. Rate how you feel, energy, mood, sleep, appetite and food noise from 1 to 5, and add symptoms such as nausea, heartburn or fatigue with how strong they were.
Check-ins sit on one timeline with your injections and dose steps, so you can look back at the week. Tessly describes; it doesn't interpret.
Weight along the way
Log weight and body measurements or import weight from Apple Health. See the change since you started and on each dose step, in neutral colours and without ratings.
The rest of your week
Food diary with protein
Set your own calorie, macro and protein goals and log meals with food search or a barcode, free. Count water with a simple routine.
With Tessly Plus, describe a meal or photograph a plate and review the draft before it's saved.
A summary for your next visit
Adherence, dose steps, injection sites, check-ins and weight on each dose step, plus blood pressure and pulse, for 7, 30 or 90 days. Read it on screen for free; PDF export and an expiring link come with Tessly Plus.
Apple Watch and widgets
Reminders reach Apple Watch with the same Taken, Skip and Snooze buttons. Log from the watch, a Home Screen or Lock Screen widget, Control Center or Siri.
Your injection history stays on your iPhone
Injections, sites, dose steps and check-ins are stored on your iPhone. They leave it only as an end-to-end encrypted copy if you turn on sync with Tessly Plus, or in a report you choose to share. No ads, no tracking.
Privacy mode hides medication names on the Lock Screen and in widgets.
What Tessly doesn't do
- No dose advice and no titration plans. Tessly never tells you when to change a dose.
- No “drug level in blood” chart. It would be an estimate, not a measurement.
- No weight-loss promises.
- No instructions for a missed injection; they differ between medications.

Is Tessly free?
All daily tracking is free: injections, sites, dose history, check-ins, weight, reminders, widgets and Apple Watch. Tessly Plus is optional and adds the AI food assistant, encrypted sync, PDF and CSV export and share links.
Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone. If you turn on sync with Tessly Plus, an end-to-end encrypted copy is kept on our server, and only your devices hold the key. Data read from Apple Health is never synced.
Which medications does it work with?
Any injectable medication you set up yourself. You enter the name, schedule and dose from your prescription or label. Tessly has no list of drugs and doesn't check what you enter.
Will Tessly tell me what to do?
No. It reminds you about the schedule you set and keeps a record of what happened. Questions about your treatment are for your clinician.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Tessly is for iPhone and Apple Watch.
When can I get it?
