Unlimited, and free
Every medication and supplement you take, with no limit and no paywall for daily tracking. Schedules can be daily, on chosen days of the week, every few days or as needed.
Stock and refill reminders
Enter how much you have. Stock goes down only when a dose is logged as taken, and Tessly reminds you when it's time to refill.
Reminder windows
Follow-up reminders stay inside the window you set, then stop. You choose the snooze length and whether doses due at the same time arrive together.
Quiet hours
Routine reminders, summaries and refill notices wait until quiet hours end. Dose reminders still arrive at the time you set.
An alarm if a dose isn't logged
Optional for each item: if a dose isn't logged 15 minutes after its time, a system alarm rings, even in silent mode or Focus. Tap Taken right on the alarm. Needs iOS 26 or later.
Log from anywhere
From the notification, a Home Screen or Lock Screen widget, Control Center, Apple Watch, or Siri: “Log my doses in Tessly”.
Private on your Lock Screen, too
Privacy mode shows “Medication” or “Supplement” instead of names in notifications, widgets and on Apple Watch. Face ID can lock the app.
Your medications and logs stay on your iPhone. They leave it only as an end-to-end encrypted copy if you turn on sync with Tessly Plus, or in a report you choose to share. No ads, no tracking.
Ready for a visit
The doctor summary shows, for each item, how many scheduled doses were logged over 7, 30 or 90 days, with taken, skipped and not logged counts, plus blood pressure, pulse and weight. Read it on screen for free; PDF export and an expiring link come with Tessly Plus.
From your prescription, with your review
With Tessly Plus, photograph your own prescription or package and the assistant fills in a schedule form for you to check. It never suggests a dose, time or duration: anything your source doesn't state stays empty for you to fill in. Nothing is saved until you confirm.

Is Tessly free?
All daily tracking is free, with no limit on medications or supplements. Tessly Plus is optional and adds the AI assistant, encrypted sync, export and share links.
Do reminders need the internet?
No. Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your iPhone, so they work offline.
Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone. With sync in Tessly Plus, an end-to-end encrypted copy is kept on our server, and only your devices hold the key.
Does Tessly check doses or interactions?
No. Tessly is a reminder and logging tool. It doesn't check interactions, validate prescriptions or recommend doses. Ask your pharmacist or clinician.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Tessly is for iPhone and Apple Watch.
