Doctor summary
What you logged, ready for your next visit.

It adds no ranges, labels or advice: the summary describes what you told Tessly, and your clinician reads it the way they choose.

What's inside
Only the sections you have entries for appear. Items with nothing scheduled and nothing logged in the period are left out.
Medications and supplements
For each item, the share of scheduled doses you logged, with taken, skipped and not logged counts. For “as needed” items, how many times you logged them as taken.
Injections
Dose steps with their start dates, as you entered them, and the weight change on each step. How often each injection site was used in the period.
Blood pressure and pulse
Number of readings, average, lowest and highest, with a chart of the readings.
Weight
First and latest weight in the period and the change between them, with a chart.
Wellbeing
How many check-ins you made, the average of each 1–5 scale, and for each symptom the days you logged it and the strongest you noted.
Shared only when you choose
Read the summary on screen for free. With Tessly Plus, export a PDF made on your iPhone, or create a link that expires after 1, 7 or 30 days and can be revoked at any time.
Not medical advice
The summary is a record of your own entries. It doesn't diagnose, rate your readings or recommend doses. Every summary ends with the same note as the sample above:

Questions
Is the summary free?
Viewing it in the app is free. PDF export and share links come with Tessly Plus.
Who can see it?
Only the people you send the PDF or link to. The PDF is created on your iPhone. A share link uploads that PDF to our server until the link expires or you revoke it; then it is deleted.
Is the sample above real?
No. It's made-up demo data to show the layout. Your summary contains only what you logged.
